Holiday in Penang

Summary:

Stepped into penang island on 19th dec, saturday. My parents picked me up from the airport and went to Kayu to meet up with my CLHS friends and watched football there. They told me that i have gained some weight and fatter abit d. Every morning I drove to Genting & Boon Hwa for breakfast, especially hokkien mee, curry mee, wantan mee and "kopi-peng" !! Monday went back to Taiping, met up with Amy and Sheryn and we chated for few hours at Taiping Sentral, then Amy belanja us Old Town coffee. ^^


Next few days, went to Kek Lok Si temple. After 6 months, the temple has changed alot and got new cable car from the temple to the Guan Yin temple. COOL ! Then watched Avatar with friends at QB. Friday went to Gurney with Ah Cai, Kin Oon and Song Qiang watched Bodyguards & Assassins. The most funniest things was that we played 1 game of snooker for 1 hour+ , the people beside us also played more than 4 games d and we still couldn't finish a single game for an hour. LOL



On sunday, my parents took me to 5* Hard Rock Hotel, the hotel room is so nice and just beside the swimming pool only. But the price is so expenive around rm500-800. Haha...Later went to Gurney and stayed in Berjaya Hotel for free nights.





1 more week before i went back to Adelaide, went to Gembira played futsal with clhs friends for 5 times. Wednesday went out with Christine to Queensbay mall to watch Alvin and the Chipmunk 2. She used my hp and took lots of photos in the car. Friends only ! ^^





Thursday went out with Disted college friends (Lucas, JS, Fifi, Belinda, Mei Xun, E-lin and Shu Vern) to Queensbay again for gathering, watched Old Dogs and Sherlock Homes. Friday played futsal for 2 hours until puas-puas and injured my right foot. At night, the 3 Musketeers ( Ah Cai, Kin Oon & I) went to Coffee Island to "yum-cha", met Zi Ling and her bf there too. =D On the last day, played ping-pong with my sis at home and watched Treasure Hunter at home. At 6pm, my best friends (Ah Cai & Kin OOn) went to airport to send me off. Tata =)

Free Hair Cut

After 6 months in Australia, hair also long d. Couldn't fina any cheaper hair saloon to cut hair. The price is so expensive about $18-30, not like in Penang rm5-8 nia. Luckily my housemate brought his scissors here to have free hair cut. His skill not bad ler, cut until nice nice somemore. Haha.. Today is the last time for him to cut hair for me d and next yera I wont be getting any fee hair cut until I go back Penang for hair cut. xD

Futsal

Today UniSA organized a futsal competition in Magill, i went there by bus and reach there around 2pm. Total got about 21 players so we were divided into 3 teams ( red, white and black). I join the black team which all my players Chinese so that we could communicate to each other easily.

1st Match Black vs Red 5-2
2nd Match Black vs White 2-1
3rd Match White vs Black 0-1

I scored 2 winning goals for the 2nd and 3rd match lead our team to champion. Our team got chocolate candy as a reward. Haha xD

Long time didn't play football d, played for a while only felt so tired and no stamina. But at least I did played a wonderful match in Adelaide. ^^

Hon's Farewell

Today my roommate, (HON) is leaving to Melbourne d for holiday with his family. Last few days we planned a party farewell for him. On friday night, we went with Jin Han to the Adelaide casino to play some few games. Later played poker and drink whisky until 4am only sleep. Last night went to Unilodge to have wonderful dinner cooked by Joe Wee's friend from Indonesia.

My roommate from PJ, studied Accounting and Finance in University of Adelaide. He also trained me how to play a pro DoTA when we were free after dinner during weekend. Hehe... 2 more weeks to go i will be coming back Penang d. ^^

Went to McLaren Vale for wine tasting, tried almost 20+ different types wine. ^^

Holiday Break

Yesterday went to South Terrace football field played football with the Vietnamese and Aussie people.








During holiday breaks, went to Glenelg with my cousins. The beach and the place is so nice, later went to Chinatown for dinner.
